Description
This service will provide, on a annual basis, for the verification that meter calibration is
within state tolerance (plus or minus 6 cubic inches) and if calibration is out of tolerance,
adjusting the meter to be as close to zero as possible but within plus or minus 3 cubic
inches. A visual inspection of the internal hydraulic tree of the dispensing device with a
report of any abnormality. Verification that the master totalizer is in agreement with
product removed. All necessary reporting to the State Agency. Materials involved will
include 1 (per meter) - Lead seal, 1 (per meter) - W&M Decal (ND Only), 1 (per site)
reporting form, 1 (per site) service performed report. No other materials will be provided
under this contract; any materials authorized for installation by the owner will be installed
at a normal service rate, and will be invoiced accordingly.
This (scheduled only) offer is intended for all site equipment and assumes that all
equipment will be in working condition upon arrival. Station operator will be notified prior
to arrival and would be required to note any equipment that is out of order. This offering
does not allow for a re-visit, due to equipment operating status.
This offer is for refined fuels Island Dispensing equipment only, Trucks, Marine, Aircraft
refuelers, or other type meters can be quoted upon request, and can be performed on a
scheduled basis in addition to this offer.

Description:
This service will provide for, on a annual basis, all work described in the Unleaded
section, in addition to Cathodic protection (CP) test for product lines and tanks. This
item is testing only and will inform owner of a pass or fail. CP is required to be tested
every three years, however this package will provide results annually. Sump inspection
will be a visual inspection of the dispenser or submersible sump, and related gaskets or
fittings. Actual testing of the sump is not included. The owner will be informed of
irregularities such as water intrusion, fuel intrusions, suspicious deformations, possible
leaks, and if sump is in need of cleaning. Tank water inspection will be verification of
water in tank, and when possible (a second opening such as a probe opening) this will be
a two point test. Tank Monitor verification, will consist of a differential reading from stick
to monitor, Clean and verify float operation, Check top seal on probe cap for proper seal,
perform factory recommended diagnostics and verify proper operation of overfill alarm if
applicable. Spill Bucket Inspection will be a visual inspection of the spill bucket,
cleaning, verifying drain valve operation, check integrity of top seal on fill cap, remove and
inspect overfill valve (if applicable) and re-install. Leak Detector annual test* will be
verification that a leak detector will fault in-case of a known leak. This test will be a
pass/fail test, and will be consistent with testing procedures outlined by device
manufacturer. Depending on model of leak detector it may be necessary to remove the
device from the pump for testing. Precision Line Test* will be a tightness test in
accordance to state regulations. This will be a Pass / Fail test. Impact Valve Inspection
will be a inspection of the valve, exercise the valve, and inspection of mounting hardware.

Description:
This service will provide, on a annual basis, for the inspection and cleaning of Point of
Sale CPU. A visual inspection will be conducted of cable connections, cable adapters,
and communication cables for damage The CPU will be opened, inspection of cooling
fans and vacuuming of dust from inside the console. Check battery backup for proper
function and adequate battery life. Check service patch version to ensure up to date No
other materials will be provided under this contract; any materials authorized for
installation by the owner will be installed at a normal service rate, and will be invoiced
accordingly.
